The coated steel sheet is the product deriving from the coupling between a metal support and a plastic coating film.
The plastic film can be formulated for applications inside buildings in areas protected from the weather or for outdoor applications.
It can be plain or printed, with a smooth or embossed finish.
Some special formulations can guarantee, depending on the application required by the customer: suitability for contact with food or good resistance to fire.
In any case, this product can be easily and economically worked. It can be cut, punched and bended without problems.
State-of-the-art production and control technology
The production of coated sheet metal and, where required, subsequent cutting into sheets / strips are carried out on continuous high-tech plants that guarantee maximum and constant quality.
The base metal support can be:
- Hot-dip galvanized steel;
- Cold-rolled steel;
- Electro-galvanized steel;
- Stainless steel;
- Aluminum.
Limiti dimensionali:
- Thickness: from 0.3 up to 2 mm;
- Width: up to 1500 mm;
- Sheets length: from 300 to 5000 mm;
- Stripes: from 19 mm.
